I hereby certify that the facts set forth in the above employment application are true and complete to the best of my knowledge and authorize The Company to verify their accuracy and to obtain reference information on my work performance. I hereby authorize my former employers and other third parties named on the application to release information pertaining to my work record, habits, and performances. I understand that my employment is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of a background check. I understand that a criminal record check will be conducted by The Company, and I hereby authorize The Company to perform these checks. In doing so, I hereby release them and The Company and its agents from all liability which may follow from the release of such information. I hereby release The Company from any/all liability of whatever kind and nature which, at any time, could result from obtaining employment based on such information.
I hereby understand and acknowledge that, unless otherwise defined by applicable law, any employment relationship with this organization is on an "at will" nature, which means that the Employee may resign at any time and the Employer may discharge the Employee at any time with our without cause. It is further understood that this "at will" employment relationship may not be changed by any written documentation or aby conduct unless such change is specifically acknowledged in writing by an authorized executive of this organization.
I understand that should an employment offer be extended to me and accepted that I will fully adhere to the policies, rules and regulations of employment of the Employer. However, I further understand that neither the policies, rules, regulations of employment nor anything said during the interview process shall be deemed to constitute the terms of an implied employment contract. I understand that any employment offered is for an indefinite duration and at will and that either I or the Employer may terminate my employment at any time with or without notice or cause.
In the event of employment, I understand that false or misleading information given in my application or interview(s) may result in discharge. I understand, also, that I am required to abide by all rules and regulations of the Employer. All applicants must successfully complete a background check to be considered eligible for employment at The Company. Failure to successfully complete a background check will result in automatic disqualification for employment. Misrepresentation of oneself on the application will also automatically disqualify prospective employment.
